How to Register a .med Domain Name
A registrant of a .med domain name can be an individual or organization. All available domain names in .med are approved for registration on a first come, first serve basis through .med accredited registrars. .med domain names can also be purchased in the domain name aftermarket.
Become a .med accredited registrar
You must be a registrar accredited by ICANN to become a .med registrar. Upon completing the .med Registry-Registrar Agreement (RRA), you are able to onboard with Nominet to sell .med domain names.

How much does a .med Domain Name Cost
.med domain names can be registered for a minimum of one year and up to 10 years. The retail price of a .med domain name registration will vary depending upon the registrar and whether the name is standard or non-standard (premium). Through Nominet, Medistry uses the Registry Fee Extension to allow registrars to check the price of .med domains.
